Restorative yoga is a profoundly deep practice that offers rejuvenation on the cellular level. Poses are supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks while your body learns to let go of chronic tensions and limited breathing patterns. The restorative practice will be followed by a full yoga nidra, a guided meditation that is practiced lying down to facilitate a deep relaxation for the mind and body. Each month has a specific theme to stay in tune with the current season and inspired by Ayurvedic principles.
